Treat Yo Self in 2017

It can be difficult to resist the cookies that your friend is offering or the dessert after dinner, but that’s because you didn’t plan to have those things and the offer of them seems fleeting. It’s easy to think well if I don’t have it now, I won’t get the offer ever again!screen-shot-2016-12-29-at-1-06-09-pm

This is why I say, plan your treats. Plan to treat yo self! On a Sunday night as you look to the week ahead, make a plan of the little treats you’ll give yourself for that week. Maybe for you it’s a few small things a day, maybe instead it’s two large desserts. Whatever you choose, remind yourself that it’s perfectly okay to treat yourself and having the planned out sweets and treats will remind you to avoid the random food temptations that pop up unexpectedly!
